Who is Terry Hill?
Terry Hill is the daughter of an Air Force Fighter Pilot and spent the first 22 years of her life moving around the world. After receiving a Bachelors Degree from the University of Central Florida and a Masters Degree from the University of Tennessee she began her professional career in Knoxville Tennessee.
Terry is currently serving as Chairperson of the Knox County Board of Education. She was elected in 2014 as the District 6 Board of Education Representative and re-elected again in 2018.

Retired from Knox County Schools after 30 years as a clinical social worker and Lead Consultant.
Contracted Expert witness United States Department of Justice Medicare/Medicare Fraud Division.

Personal
Terry is a 40 year resident of Knox County. She has two daughters, Cindy Buttry and Jackie Cody, and three grandchildren that keep her running between schools and ballgames. Her husband, Steve, is retired from St Mary’s Medical Center as a hospital administrator and remains active in community endeavors.
